Wellness Etiquette
Arrival
Please arrive at guesthouse by good neighbor 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session. guesthouse is located directly above our coffee shop at 3827 Falls Rd. This allows our staff to ensure the experience is exactly as you desire. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to accommodate the next session.
Cancellation Policy
At time of booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session.
For appointments canceled up to 48 hours before arrival; the non-refundable deposit made will be forfeited but the remaining balance will not be charged.
For appointments cancelled within 48 hours the full charge for the treatment will be applied.
Due to the small size of our team, we consider rescheduled treatments on a case by case basis, taking into account availability and pricing changes. Urgent circumstances will always be considered.
Mobile Phones
To maintain the serenity of the space, please refrain from using mobile phones during sessions. All devices should remain on silent mode.
