Where is guesthouse located?

guesthouse is located directly above our coffee shop, good neighbor, at 3827 Falls Road, Baltimore, MD 21211. To get to the lobby door, walk up the wooden ramp immediately to the left of our coffee shop. Immediately to your right, there is a set of stairs leading you up to the lobby porch. Once on the porch, you can enter the lobby door with your unique PIN (followed by the ‘check’ symbol) or the Goki app. We are located 25 minutes from BWI Airport and 10 minutes from Penn Station.

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is at 3 pm. We can accommodate early check-ins on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us ahead of time to see what’s possible!

Check-in process - On the day of your arrival you will receive both a text message and an email with your entry pin. You can check in any time after 3pm on the day of your arrival with your entry pin or the GOKI app. 

Check-out is at 11 am. If you need more time, feel free to let us know the day prior to your check-out. Check-outs later than noon typically have a fee and check-outs past 3 pm incur an additional night's fee. 

Can I store my luggage?

We are happy to store your luggage either before or after your stay, please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange

What are your front desk hours?

Our front desk is staffed from 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week.

Can I have guests?

Additional guests not included in the reservation must be accompanied by the hotel guest at all times and are permitted on the property until 10 pm. We have a strict no parties policy. 

Do you have cribs?

Yes, we can provide one crib per room. Please let us know before your arrival if you require a crib so we can accommodate your request.

Can I bring my pets?

We welcome dogs up to 50 lbs to stay with us for an additional $50/night fee, please call ahead to arrange. If you do not pre-register your dog with us ahead of your stay or if your dog exceeds 50 lbs, please expect a minimum fine of $150. 

If you have a service animal, please reach out to us ahead of your stay at stay@goodneighborguesthouse.com so we can make accommodations for your arrival. 

Can I have deliveries sent to the hotel?

We can handle deliveries on a case by case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible about deliveries and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM EST up to 7 day[s] before arrival. Please note that we will assess a fee of one night's stay if you must cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. No-Show Fee is the cost of full stay.

Changes are subject to availability. Original booking rate will apply plus any applicable rate increases on new reservation dates.

Separate policies and terms apply to group bookings and full buyouts.

Is an incidentals hold required?

Yes. We apply a $250 incidentals hold to the credit card on file on the day of check-in. This hold will be released upon check out if no damages are incurred during your stay.  

Can I smoke in my room?

No, we do not allow smoking of any type including e-cigarettes. If you are found to have been smoking in your room, you will be subject to a fine of at least $250. 

Is it ADA-accessible?

Where do I park?

There are two 15-minute short-term parking spaces to the left of our building available for unloading luggage. Once you have gotten your luggage in, please find neighborhood parking. There is plenty of free street parking surrounding our building. Please read all parking signs before leaving your parked car. If ADA-accessible parking is needed, please contact us ahead of your stay at stay@goodneighborguesthouse.com

Do you have an elevator?

No. guesthouse is a 100-plus-year-old building, and its second floor is only accessible via stairs.

Do you have a gym?

We do not have a gym onsite. There are several fitness options - Brick Bodies, Pure Barre, Club Pilates, and CorePower Yoga - all located less than 10 minutes from us in the historic Rotunda Building. 

What is there to do near the hotel?

Baltimore is a vibrant city with events that are occurring nightly. When you arrive, you will be provided a listing of things to do during your stay. If you want to research local events ahead of time, you can view the Visit Baltimore events calendar here.

Can I rent the entire space for a special event?

What happens if I lose something or leave something behind after my stay?

guesthouse will not be responsible for any missing valuables or items left behind in guest rooms or public spaces. If we find something that you’ve left after your stay, we will reach out to let you know and can hold the item for up to 7 days.

Can I take photos/videos on the property?

Professional photos and videos are not permitted without prior consent from our team. Please reach out to us at hello@goodneighborguesthouse.com to inquire about rates for photoshoots.
