When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is at 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, we'll be happy to hold on to your luggage and get you situated. If your room is ready earlier than 3:00 pm, we're happy to accommodate an earlier check-in.

Check-out is at 11 am. If you need more time, feel free to let us know the day before your check-out. Check-outs before noon typically have a fee, and check-outs past 3 pm incur an additional night's fee. We're always here to help and happy to see what's possible – so don't hesitate to ask.

Can I have guests?

Additional guests not included in the reservation must be accompanied by the hotel guest at all times and are permitted on the property until 10 pm.  

Do you have cribs?

Yes, we can provide one crib per room. Please let us know before your arrival if you require a crib so we can accommodate your request. 

Can I bring my pets?

We do not allow pets to stay with us. If you have a registered service animal, please let us know, and we will accommodate you.

Can I have deliveries sent to the hotel?

We can handle deliveries on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible about deliveries and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Changes are subject to availability. Original booking rate will apply plus any applicable rate increases on new reservation dates.

Full or partial cancellations up to 7 days before your stay are subject to a fee of 50% of the stay per room. Full or partial cancellations within 7 days of your arrival are subject to the cost of the entire stay.

Can I smoke in my room?

No, we do not allow smoking of any type including e-cigarettes. If you are found to have been smoking in your room, you will be subject to a fine of at least $250.

Is it ADA-accessible?

Yes, one of our rooms is ADA-accessible (So Far to Go, room 103). We also have ADA-accessible parking spaces and an ADA lift behind our building on Crowther Street. Please let us know if you need these services ahead of your stay and we will happily accommodate you.

Where do I park?

There are two 15-minute short term parking spaces to the left of our coffee shop which are available for unloading luggage. Once you’ve unloaded your luggage, free neighborhood street parking is available (check the signs). Please find a neighborhood street parking spot if you do not need to unload luggage. 

Do you have a gym?

We do not have a gym onsite. There are several fitness options - Brick Bodies,Pure Barre,Club Pilates, and CorePower Yoga- all located less than 10 minutes from us in the historic Rotunda Building. 

What is there to do near the hotel?

Our front desk team is also happy to recommend fun things to do during your stay.
