Refund policy
Not happy with your purchase? Here at good neighbor, we have a 14-day exchange policy, where you can request an exchange for store credit at the original value of the item, with proof of purchase.
We do reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the following conditions are not met.
To be eligible for an exchange, there must be proof of purchase, within the 14 days, in only the forms of either a text, email, paper, or gift receipt from good neighbor. The item(s) must be in its original condition: unused with tags and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that cannot be returned are perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any clearance/sale items or gift cards.
Online Return/Exchange
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange/ return request to receive store credit at the original value of items purchased. Items must be in its original packaging and condition.
To start an exchange, please contact us at alexis@goodneighborshop.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label which includes instructions on how and where to send your package. We are currently partnered with USPS (United States Postal Service) for our return mail carrier.
*Please note, you are responsible for the wrapping and safe delivery of the items being returned.
After we receive your item for an exchange, please allow 3 -5 days for us to process your item(s) and store credit if your exchange is accepted.
*Please Note, items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
**Store Credit for the exchange does not include the value of shipping.
HEM Online Return
Hem happily accepts return requests made within 14 days following the order delivery. Returned items must be in like-new condition, and in the original packaging.
Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging return shipping and covering any charges associated. Our transport partners do not arrange any return shipments.
To make a return, follow the instructions below:

Please note that Hem is not responsible for items lost in transit or do not reach our warehouse for other reasons, we therefore recommend that you choose a traceable shipping method.
Damage and Quality Policy
Please inspect your order upon delivery or purchase. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received please contact us immediately at alexis@goodneighborshop.com.
Any damage or quality issues should be reported within 5 days of delivery date. Any issues reported after the 5 days will not be accepted
