OUR ADDRESS

The entrance is on the 2nd floor of 3827 Falls Rd - From the front of the building follow the ramp to a staircase to your right and enter through the front door. We are located 25 minutes from BWI Airport and 10 minutes from Penn Station. 

PARKING

There is free street parking available in the neighborhood surrounding our property. If ADA-accessible parking is needed, please contact us ahead of your stay at stay@goodneighborguesthouse.com

CHECKING IN

Our check-in time is at 3 pm, but if you arrive earlier, we'll be happy to hold on to your luggage for you and get you situated. If your room is ready earlier than 3 pm, we're happy to accommodate an earlier arrival.

CHECKING OUT

Check-out is at 11 am, but if you need more time, feel free to let us know and we'll see what we can do. Check-outs later than noon typically have a fee and check-outs past 3 pm incur an additional night's fee, but we're always here to help and happy to see what's possible – so don't hesitate to ask.

PAYMENT AND TERMS

  • 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking with a valid credit card
  • On the day of check-in at 3 pm, the remaining 50% of the balance will be charged to the card on file as well as a $250 hold for incidentals
  • Upon check-out, any charges incurred during the stay such as mini-bar purchases, retail items, or damages will be charged to the card on file. If no damages are assessed, a $250 hold for incidentals will be released.

Thurs-Sun | 9:30 am-7 pm

SMOKING

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and common areas both by the hotel and state law. If you choose to smoke on the property, please expect a minimum fine of $250.

ACCESSIBILITY

Room 103 is ADA accessible and the rear entrance of our property is equipped with accessible parking and a wheelchair lift. Please reach out to us ahead of your stay at stay@goodneighborguesthouse.com so we can make accommodations for your arrival. 

PET POLICY

At this time, we do not allow pets at our property. If you have a service animal, please reach out to us ahead of your stay at stay@goodneighborguesthouse.com so we can make accommodations for your arrival.
