Introducing Sunrise in Cairo—the first part of a collaborative project with our friends and neighbors at Suspended Brewing. The Egyptian heritage of good neighbor owner Anne Morgan inspired this beer that Karkade—a Hibiscus Tea influences.

This red ale has a jewel-like hue that gives way to flavor shaped by pale barley, honey malt, and an abundance of hibiscus. What you'll experience is a taste that is subtly sweet with nuanced floral character.

Sunrise in Cairo will be proudly introduced at the Suspended Brewery Tap room on Friday March, 3rd as a part of their 5th Anniversary.

Friday from 4 to 9 pm
Saturday from 1 - 8 pm
