We worked with Hilton to create a sweet blend of washed coffees from Colombia and Ecuador that brew up deliciously in any method, including espresso and cold brew. If you like Mass Appeal or Destroyer, you'll find this coffee right at home with the same medium roast profile. For pour-overs and auto-drip, try starting with a 1:15 or 1:15.5 coffee-to-water ratio and a medium-course grind.
